Monthly Reflection: May 2018

I can’t believe May is already over! I’m rather pleased that the summer is moving along quickly because it’s reaching 100ºF here and I’m already so ready for fall. But anyway, May has been a pretty busy month for me, and I really didn’t blog as much as I’d have liked to. But a lot of exciting things happened, and I’m ready for June!

Highlights of the Month:

  • My husband and I finalized our plans to travel to Israel for 12 days in June! We will be staying in a villa in Netanya.
  • My best friend and her fiancé asked me and my husband to be in their wedding next March! I also went to her grad school graduation from Texas State.
  • I FINALLY learned how to crochet! I’ve been knitting for about seven years, but I could never quite learn how to crochet, which is odd because everyone says that it’s easier than knitting. But one day, I decided to give it one more shot, and for some reason, it clicked. I’ve been working on a “stash-busting” blanket, which is made out of all of the random leftover yarn that I have lying around.
